Dedicated Hosting
Since a dedicated server is totally under your control, we only do a basic server OS install. From there, it is up to you to install/configure any services that you wish to run on this server. Dedicated Servers include up to 400 gig of data transfer a month and up to 1000 email address on our email server. A small note about our Linux Dedicated Servers: while we prefer Slackware Linux, we will support and install any Linux distribution that you wish on the server. If you want Gentoo, you got it. If you want Debian, you got it. If you want RHEL4, you got it. We will install what you - the customer - wants installed.
In August of 2003, the seminal test of our power backup systems occured with the blackout of the northeastern United States and Canada. During this event, portions of Michigan (including the entire Detroit area) as well as several other states experienced a prolonged power outage. Lesser providers in the Detroit area failed to remain online during this time due to their inferior power backup schemes.
